The blue sea stretched endlessly to the horizon .Night had fallen over Aria; it was a moonless night. It was so dark that Volt couldn't see the end of his tail.
The port was calm and silent. No living being was there to be heard. Absolute silence reigned supreme over the docks.
It was quiet.
Too quiet.
Usually, one can hear a drunken sailor singing anytime a day or at least a sea Pokémon splashing around. There were nothing on the sort.
Volt was alone in the port on this foggy night and he was afraid.
Very few times in his life had Volt ever been afraid. Even in the most dangerous situation, his mindless anger had always prevailed. But not this time. Even though he was unwilling to admit it, he was shaking with fear.
He felt so lonesome that he talked to himself out loud:
- Oh man, what am I being afraid of? It's just a stupid ship...
Volt's pride as a man was at stake. He had to continue on even though he was afraid.
It's because of that stupid old man
Once again, Volt had listen to an old seman in his tavern. He should had known better, for last time he did he ended up fighting an imaginary Articuno. Still, he had once again listen to an old man. The elder drunkard told him that there was an old ship docked at the port that was filled with rare bottles of alcohol, but that only a real man could get it. Volt's pride what at stake and he really wanted to get a grip on these rare bottles
Finally, he arrived in front of the ship he was searching for.
It was a very old and rusty cargoship. It was so rusted, beaten down and old that it looked like a ghost ship. Her name was written in bold letter: The Gyrados maiden
Just thinking about a Gyrados made Volt shiver with fear[/i]
'' Come on,man, I ain't no pikachu! Gotta have guts
Volt slowly got aboard the rusty ship. There were no watchmen nor seamen on the deck. As if I had been left there for some reason.
