Sapphire stands at 4 feet 10 inches tall, so she is rather short and petite. And she can be found almost always wearing boots and long socks of some variety under them. Usually blue in color because that is her favorite color. As well she can usually be seen in her ice blue dress however she has other clothes as well.

Mentality: Sapphire is an optimist and a hard worker. It is hard to bring this girls spirits down and to make her angry. She is very calm and compassionate. However she is deathly afraid of electric types and electrical objects. And she is easily frightened, and well she is a hugger and a clinger.

There's a problem with your Additionnal ability. You have 3 of them. One of them doesn't have to be mentionned, since you're a water type (breathing underwater). Another is not an additionnal ability, but a move instead (Acid Armor, which melts the user). Walking on water is good thought. So remove the rest and keep Walk on Water. You'll be able to melt into water once you've learned Acid Armor.

i think u shoulda change ur ability the actual ability vapereon as, cause vaperon can actually go in a body of water and reappear in the same body of water but in a different location

I already said that's a Move. The descriptions on Bulbapedia often describe how it can use a particular move, just like with Lucario's Aura Sphere.
